Island life? Here it is! Located halfway between Moody Gardens and Babes Beach is this cozy home. Newly renovated and located in a quiet neighborhood with many long time residents. It is also located a short walk or bike ride away from the beach, And other copious amounts of entertainment. The best part of this home is all the ship lap and windows. When you enter this beach house, you will immediately feel at home and relaxed.
The space
What makes Mathew’s Cozy beach house so special is our neighborhood, the special touches throughout the home and private backyard offering a charcoal grill and entertainment area. The kitchen has been recently renovated with new modern appliances and a farmhouse sink. There is shiplap throughout the kitchen and home that gives it a Beachy feel. Enjoy the coffee bar while your planing your day around Galveston. The table in the kitchen is 6’ long with bench setting on one side and chairs on the other. Both bedrooms have closets with hangers and each has a floor fan and extra bedding. There is a iron and ironing board in bedroom ‘22’ closet. They each have smart tv’s with Netflix,Amazon prime video’s and YouTube. The bathroom has a tub shower combo and the house has an on demand tankless water heater, so you won’t runout of hot water. In the living room the is a 50’ smart TV and a sleeper sofa with a pull out green size bed.
Guest access
You are able to access the entire home and yard. There is off street parking for 4 vehicles with the drive way in the back of the house. You will want to enter the house using the back patio door. This door have a key code lock.
