The inviting living room opens onto the large rear deck and features vaulted ceilings, abundant natural light, and serene canal views through its walls of windows. Relax on the plush seating and unwind with your favorite book or enjoy a movie night on the TV. Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.

LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.

We are here to help! Our office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Our Property Services team is available for guests 24/7, so be sure to call us if there’s anything you need!

Sand `N Sea does not allow weddings, graduation, prom or other parties/events at this home. At the broker's discretion, a refundable security deposit may be required before finalizing any reservation. In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Galveston Railroad Museum, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.
