Location: Centrally located on Galveston Island, just 5 minutes from the Historic Strand and cruise terminals.

Beach Access: Less than a 7 minute drive from the beaches at the Seawall.

Private Pool: This home features an above-ground pool that is 4.5ft deep with a spacious deck for lounging.

Rent BeachBox: Looking for beach gear for your Galveston getaway? We have you covered! Beach chairs and tents can be ready at the house upon your arrival. Message us for details and rates.

WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.

Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.

Pet Policy: Up to 3 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend!

Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 14 guests must be approved prior to booking.

Parking: There is room for 1 car on the street, plus 2 more in back of the home. Any vehicles blocking or parking in neighbors' driveways will be towed at owners expense.

Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

Sunshine bathes the inviting living room, where a comfy sectional sofa waits for movie nights. The space seamlessly flows into the well-equipped eat-in kitchen, perfect for whipping up meals together. Continuing off the kitchen is a convenient laundry area and a primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom completing the first floor..

Head upstairs to discover three bedrooms offering flexible sleeping arrangements. The front room boasts two queen beds, ideal for families or friends traveling together. Down the hall, a king-sized bedroom provides a tranquil escape, followed by a full bathroom. The back room caters to larger groups with a queen bed and two sets of bunk beds.

Travel back downstairs and step outside to your own private backyard paradise! Take a refreshing dip in the sparkling pool surrounded by a spacious deck. Enjoy al fresco dining at the dedicated table, or simply relax on the lounge chairs with a good book. As the day winds down, gather around the inviting fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars. House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 14 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- Parking: There is room for 1 car on the street, plus 2 more in back of the home. Any vehicles blocking or parking in neighbors' driveways will be towed at owners expense.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- The homeowner's routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.

Beautiful home, great location

My family stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Galveston. The price and location (to beach and town) are great. Parking can get a bit tricky, but our host did warn us prior to check-in. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. It is an older home, so expect some creaks while walking around.

Summer Vacation

The house itself was beautiful, clean, and well decorated. The outside was not well kept; the pool edge was broken (kinda dangerous) the grill was so filthy, trash all around the pool area, along the fence, and the trash outside was still full (brings bugs). The driveway needs to be repaired before it pops a vehicle tire.

Very close to the Carnival Cruise port. We scheduled this house for 16 people. It fit all of us well. The property manager was quick to reply to questions. Only negative is that the driveway/property is not gated and we had people wondering down the driveway asking for money.

The parking was also a bit tricky since there were people staying at the property next door. Overall though, we had a good experience and would stay here again.

Mother’s 73rd bday celebration

House was a little bigger than expected. The rooms and space was perfect to celebrate my mother’s 73rd Birthday which perfectly accommodated our family of 12. The pool was a plus for the kids/teens. And a huge plus was also it being dog friendly, as we couldn’t leave our fur baby behind. The only three suggestions I would make would be the bed in the upstairs king bedroom was a little squeaky, it could use an update. The staircase was also loud and squeaky, understandable due to age of the home. The third one would be to possibly add more outdoor lighting in the back to be able to grill/use the pool later in the evening. Other than that, we enjoyed our time here and would recommend to family and friends.

Celebration Cruise

This is a very pretty property very comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting out by the pool and visiting with family. I would suggest you bringing towels and washcloths. They do leave you each one towel. We will definitely rent this property again in the future.

Cozy yet spacious

The property was in a great location! Our young boys loved the bunk beds. It was so spacious and would've been ideal for a group bigger than ours but still cozy when we watched movies at night. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay and would stay again if we come back!

Galveston trip 2025!

We had a wonderful experience. Easy getting in, and settling in was a slice of pie since the house was so well organized. We took full advatange of location to go to beach, and enjoyed the pool on deck. Was able to have our family fluffs with us and so that made the trip complete. Washer and Dryer I'm pretty sure made the trip a success as we didn't have to travel back home w/ icky clothes. We will be back!! hopefully soon.

Exactly what we needed

Seven of us just came off a cruise, and the host was accommodating with letting us check in which we very much appreciated with all of our luggage. The house was definitely big enough for all of us. The house was located close to a grocery store and a gas station which helps since we didn’t have a vehicle. The back deck was nice to sit out on. Unfortunately, the front deck was a little loud because it sits on a main road. It’s definitely an older home, so the creak quite loudly. It definitely needs some TLC other than another coat of paint. It looks like they are in the process of slowly upgrading as the appliances were new in the kitchen and the master bedroom was gorgeous. I would definitely rent this place again if I were to ever be back in Galveston.
