● CHECK IN: Very important. You must check in at the front desk between 7am-11pm. You will need to pay a $40 facility and parking fee which covers 2 vehicles. If checking in after 11pm you would need to contact complex security at (409) 287-6300. You will still need to check in with the front desk the following morning.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
