The Space

Relax and enjoy breathtaking Gulf views and refreshing breezes from the expansive upstairs deck, which spans the entire length of the house. A private third-floor deck, accessible from the primary suite, offers an even more secluded retreat.  Indulge in the luxurious primary suite upstairs, where a king-size bed awaits, along with a freestanding soaking tub for ultimate relaxation and huge shower to refresh after a day at the beach.  Second bedroom (queen bed) and bunk bedroom with two sets on level 2 with nice bathroom between plus full-size washer and dryer.

Entertainment

The huge high-def smart TV in both the living room and primary bedroom is a great feature for entertainment and relaxation.

Modern Kitchen

The kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a microwave is well-equipped for preparing meals and snacks. We have a farm table for six and extra chairs in a closet that can be used.

Guest access

Having the whole house means privacy and plenty of space to spread out. The cement pad, fire pit, and swing create a wonderful outdoor living area. It's perfect for entertaining, enjoying meals outside, or simply relaxing and taking in the gulf breeze. The fire pit adds a cozy touch for evenings.

Water Access

The boat dock, fishing dock, and swimming pool (seasonal) offer fantastic recreational opportunities right in the neighborhood. 

Convenience

Having beach chairs, a beach tent, a wagon, games, and extra propane readily available in the garage is incredibly convenient. It removes hassle of packing and transporting these items, allowing residents and guests to quickly and easily enjoy the beach and outdoor areas.

Local Amenities

The proximity to small grocery stores with handy items is another great convenience. It's perfect for those last-minute needs or when you don't want to make a big trip to a larger supermarket. Local restaurants are another convenience.

Keith wrote "They had all of the essentials anyone would need for a vacation. No complaints here." We hear from guests that we have a very well stocked house. We have most spices, olive & vegetable oil, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, a Kitchen aide mixer, blender, Keurig with coffee pods, hot tea, sugar, salt/pepper, utensils for cooking and eating, BBQ tongs, cocktail/wine glasses, cutting boards, trays for serving, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for full washer/dryer, body wash, hair shampoo/conditioner, iron/board, children's utensils, high chair, pack/play with extra pad, games, books (adult/children), Roku with free wi-fi and internet. Bring your app codes to log into your accounts and delete before you leave. We ask you not to make the beds. Throw the dirty towels/blankets in the bathtub. Take out the trash, run the dish washer & wipe down the counters. Cleaning done!
