Sandy earth tones and blue hues welcome you into the heart of the home on the main floor. The living and brand-new kitchen is bright and airy. The kitchen flows into the dining area, featuring an island with seating for 4, banquette dining area for 8, and additional seating in the living area for 4—ample room to host family meals. This well-equipped coastal kitchen features stainless steel appliances, Quartz countertops, and plenty of cookware to prepare meals and entertain your crew. Try the new Ninja Slushie machine to make your own frozen drinks!

Gather together in the living room on the spacious wrap-around couch—perfect for lively conversations or a cozy movie night. A game table invites friendly competition, whether it's cards, Monopoly, or puzzles; the house is well-stocked for rainy days.

Step onto the expansive second-floor deck and unwind with the breathtaking Gulf views. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail as you gaze out over the expanse of the waves lapping the sandy shores—this is true beachfront living!

All five bedrooms are outfitted with luxurious hotel-quality linens and foam mattresses for peak comfort and quality sleep. We use the triple-sheet hotel method for making our beds, so each guest room has crisp, clean bedding after each stay! Three bedrooms offer king-size beds, and two have ensuite bathrooms. There are TWO charming bunk rooms upstairs, each featuring a bunk bed (twin over twin), a single twin bed, and a twin trundle bed underneath. The bunk rooms were designed to make bedtime a cinch—all beds have nautical duvets, blackout curtains, and sound machines. Your kids will be fast asleep after a sunny day at the beach! The newly renovated hallway bathroom has a vanity sink, a shower/tub combo, and plenty of storage for everyone.

Walking only a few yards from the deck, you will find a stretch of vehicle-restricted shore section. It's a prime area for families with kids, where they can have peace of mind as their loved ones roam freely along the sandy shores.

Splash into fun or soak in relaxation in the Bullfrog swim spa. Whether you're ready to make waves in the large swim spa or turn on the heat for a relaxing hot tub soak, the choice is yours! Our swim spa offers endless fun year around and is one of our favorite amenities. 

Enjoy your time with the family and friends in the shade of the covered deck. There is plenty of space to relax in the Adirondack chairs around a campfire, play a game of corn hole, or prepare a BBQ picnic on the charcoal grill.

Packing for the beach is a breeze when you stay here. Our garage is full of everything you might want for a day at the shore. We have beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, sand toys, a wagon, coolers, and a shade tent.

Parking for four vehicles is available in the private driveway, with additional free parking spaces along the private road, Gulf Drive.
