Guest Access:

Guests have access to the private entrance leading to the upstairs main living, dining, kitchen, four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, laundry area and outdoor seating area Downstairs guests will find the outdoor bar, tons of seating arrangements and the half bathroom.



The Neighborhood:

Discover the tranquility of Terramar Beach, a peaceful community on the west end of Galveston Island. Our home on Martes Street offers direct access to Galveston West Bay, perfect for boating enthusiasts. Enjoy the convenience of a boat ramp and a neighborhood pool, all within easy reach. Explore the serene surroundings and embrace the relaxed atmosphere of this charming neighborhood.



Getting Around:

Terramar Beach is a West End Galveston resort community that provides proximity to natural attractions like wetlands and bird sanctuaries, along with easy access to other Galveston Island attractions via a short drive. Public beach access is only a 3 minute car ride and the community pool is only a minute away.



Other Things to Note:

Upon booking, guests are required to complete a rental agreement, which will be sent via a secure link. Check-in instructions will only be provided after the agreement is completed.

What to bring: We do not furnish foods of any kind such as seasonings, condiments, etc., grilling supplies such as fluid, charcoal or cleaning supplies such laundry soap, etc, Beach and Pool items: towels, chairs, umbrellas, sun block, repellents and toys are not provided.

A "starter" supply of paper products such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, shampoo, body wash etc. are in each unit, the renter is responsible for additional products during their stay.



Interaction with Guests:

Upon completing a reservation I will email you our rental agreement that explains check-in, check-out, what to bring and who to call.. Only after the rental agreement is signed, will the arrival information be sent out (3 days prior to your scheduled arrival).
