The towels are old and not soft at all. The pool is opened until 1100 pm, but the lights would not come on after sunset?? The lady at the front desk is amazing!! She remembered us from our last stay one month ago!! I hate the smaller, uncomfortable pillows!!!

Check-in was a nightmare. The rest was mostly great. The good: I traveled solo with two toddlers. It was safe, quiet and the cleaning staff was really sweet and conscientious. The breakfast was good with both hot and cold items and a good variety! The bad: I had two toddlers and the website said there was an elevator. Despite having booked months in advance and arriving at 3:30pm (check-in was 3:00pm), there were no clean rooms available on the wing where the elevator was working. The check-in gal said she'd call housekeeping to see if there were any clean rooms in the wing with the elevator but she didn't call right away and opted instead to check in two more, separate individuals without kids in tow while I circled the lobby in the stroller hoping mine would be content while she sorted out the room situation. After waiting past their patience, they began to scream and meltdown (we'd been driving all day), only for her to call and find out there were still no clean rooms and I was forced to carry all our luggage (including all the gear for toddler sleep) along with two kids, by myself up and down the stairs. I was sweating! Also, the pool was pretty cold. We swam bc the toddlers really wanted to but it took some willpower to muster through staying in the frigid water. The carbon monoxide detector wasn't working (probably battery dead). I let the front desk know. Also, I always travel with my own bc this is a huge gap in safety at hotels nationwide & globally.

I had booked/requested a second-floor room and ended up in the first floor room that was handicap accessible, which we do not need. It was possibly the worst room in the hotel next to the elevator and parking lot access door, with a door outside to the hallway that slammed loudly every time someone would come in and out of the corridor. The room was definitely not soundproof as we could hear people using the bathrooms in their rooms around us, the ice machine beeping, and anyone talking in the hallway We also had intense highway noise and a parking lot right outside our window. The hotel is very rundown. Our room itself had a very dirty bathroom with hair in the shower floor and a dirty ceiling. The carpet in the room was very dirty The microwave was very smelly inside and the plate was not the correct plate so it could not be used. The lightbulbs in the room were very jarring to the eye with super bright fluorescent bulbs, I asked to move rooms, but the hotel said that they could not because it had been booked through a third-party and that they were sold out. I’m not sure if this was true. All of the toiletries in the room were made with a nut oil (afghan) and one of our travelers is extremely allergic to nuts. Do better Expedia. Do better Best (WORST) Western.

Also i want to take a shower in the morning but it was no shampoo no body wash no conditioner all the bottles were empty so i didn't like at all and skipped my shower. We booked mainly for the pool because we stayed here before. Desk clerk said it was open it wasn’t. It was out of order. They wouldn’t compensate because we booked through Expedia. They said Expedia put us in a wheelchair accessible room by mistake. The restaurant was closed. Not going back or using Expedia again.

Very clean and cozy room. After a very long day of driving, we appreciated a comfortable bed and a super clean room. It was nice to have a fitness rom to work out on the morning before getting in the car all day. Breakfast was perfect.

Check the prices on other days.
Very outdated. Was desperate for a room for our families and got price gouged for over 200 dollars. The place was empty. Yet got told it was one of the business weekends. The parking lot was empty, it's was silent. Any one knows that packed parking lots on a busy weekend at a hotel is chaos. Rooms were outdated, barely could get the showers to turn on the equipment was so old. The person that checked us in said that there were couches in the business class rooms and there wasn't. You pay extra for business class. They didn't have any trundles. One of the kids slept in the chair that was where a couch was supposed to be. I checked bookings for the same rooms on Thanksgiving and Christmas. 98$. Both business class rooms every time came out as a little over 200 dollars. Our bill for two rooms was over 500 dollars. A bed with a chair and a fridge. Caveat Emptor indeed.
