Vista View is a three-bedroom vacation home in The Galena Territory — a 6,800-acre private recreational community six miles outside historic Galena, Illinois. The property sleeps up to 8 guests across three king bedrooms (the lower-level bedroom adds a queen). All three bathrooms are en-suite.

DOG POLICY

Vista View welcomes up to two hypoallergenic or non-shedding dogs with a non-refundable $150/stay fee. Breed must be disclosed at the time of booking. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage and for proper disposal of all pet waste. An unauthorized pet fee of $500 applies if undisclosed pets are brought to the property.

HOUSE RULES AND POLICIES

• Rental agreement e-signature required within 24 hours of booking
• Smart lock self check-in — door code and arrival instructions delivered before check-in
• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Checkout: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late checkout available upon request; confirmed day-before only, not guaranteed
• No smoking or vaping — indoors or within 15 feet of windows and doors
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (you're welcome to be outside enjoying the property — keep noise considerate of neighbors who live here full time)
• No events, parties, or gatherings beyond registered guests
• Maximum occupancy: 8 guests
• Parking: 4 cars comfortably fit in the driveway
• Cancellation policy: A $75 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. Full refund (minus fee) if cancelled 30 or more days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled 14–29 days before check-in. No refund inside 14 days. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
