DOG POLICY

Creekwood Pines is dog-friendly. We welcome up to 2 dogs, maximum 40 lbs each. A non-refundable $150 pet fee applies per stay. Breed and size must be disclosed at booking. Renters are responsible for all pet damage and waste cleanup. An unauthorized pet fee of $500 applies if undisclosed pets are brought to the property.


HOUSE RULES AND POLICIES

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out cannot be confirmed until one day prior to your stay — contact us then and we'll do our best if the schedule allows
• Maximum occupancy: 6 guests
• Minimum renter age: 25 — primary renter must be present for full stay
• No smoking or vaping — indoors or within 15 feet of windows and doors
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (outdoor enjoyment is welcome — please keep noise considerate of full-time neighbors)
• No events, parties, or gatherings beyond registered guests
• Rental agreement e-signature required within 24 hours of booking
• Parking: community lot, short walk to unit entrance

Cancellation Policy: A $75 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. Full refund (minus fee) if cancelled 30 or more days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled 14–29 days before check-in. No refund inside 14 days. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
