Chic Condo w/ Community Pool - Under 10 mins to UF

Come on in and sit your bags down in this cozy, spacious, townhome-style condo that comes with everything you may need while you are traveling. Whether you're relaxing inside or outside on our patio, or even catching some sun out by the pool, this home has the space for you! We are located just 8 minutes from Ben Hill Griffin Stadium/UF Campus and the downtown area. We offer our guests a queen bed, a full bed, and an air mattress with a built-in pump for those with larger groups. Ample parking space and community pool!

The Space:
This home offers guests two bedrooms, one queen bed, and one double. We have also provided an air mattress for those with larger groups. Our home can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.

Guests can use the kitchen to whip up a meal for the whole family as we have made sure to stock the home with all of the cooking essentials.

For those with children, we have provided a pack n' play as well as a high chair and umbrella stroller in the closet. There are no sheets provided for the pack n' play so please bring some along! We also have a few board games in the TV stand for guests/kids to use.

Please park anywhere out front that you can find space.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home. There are some locked spaces in the home where the owners keep their personal items and supplies for the home. Guests are not to enter these spaces. 1 locked closet downstairs, 1 locked closet in Master Bedroom, 1 locked closet in Master Bathroom, and 1 locked closet on the back porch.

Other details to note:
Pool - Pool towels are available in the closet by the front door. Please follow all pool rules posted at the pool. Return the blue pool key to the keyring by the front door after each use. Any lost keys will be a $50 fee charged to the guest as this key is not easily replaced.

We do not allow pets at this time.

Coffee is provided and we offer several different brewing methods. We have Keurig, Aeropress, & Pourover.

Guests are welcome to sign into their own streaming subscriptions using our smart TVs. Please remember to sign out when you check out.

Please note - we have upgraded the leather sofa in the living room to a brand new sofa that offers a pull-out sofa bed accommodation.
