The Space:
The perfect place for those visiting Gainesville's thriving University scene or those wanting to experience the natural wonder of North Florida, such as the beautiful freshwater springs like Ginnie Springs (only a 30-minute drive)!

This 1100 sq ft, second-floor apartment with two floors features a beautiful vintage door and coffee table imported from India. There is a large 55" HDTV with free streaming of Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime video. There is also a 42" TV in the Master King bedroom.

The trendy minimalist queen bedroom with its bold headboard has a cozy modern feel. The four-post king and vaulted ceilings in second bedroom add a palace touch highlighting the regal essence of the space.

With the cozy sleeper sofa downstairs, the condo can comfortably accommodate 6 guests in total. Enough clean linens are always provided to make sure all guests enjoy a great night's sleep.

We provide shower necessities including brand-name body soap, shampoo & conditioner, and hand soap as well as fresh towels.

For those working from home, we have 50 Mbps high-speed WiFi.

Just in front of the building, there is free parking.

Guest Access:
Full access to condo, including: kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, HDTVs, etc. This is in addition to the living room, dining room, bedrooms/bathrooms and the neighborhood amenities like the pool and gym.

The Neighborhood:
We're just down the road from UF! (3-mile drive!)

Also conveniently located just off of Interstate 75 and 1 min from Starbucks, 5 min from Publix and local health food store Earth Origins, and just 10 min from downtown Gainesville.

We also highly recommend a drive out to the natural springs (Blue or Ginnie, 30 min away).

Getting Around:
The neighborhood is frequented by rideshare services like Uber and Lyft. Public transportation is also available through Gainesville's RTS bus system.

Other Things to Note:

🦮 NO pets; $250 fee. Proof of up-to-date vaccinations required for Service Animals
🚭 NO smoking or vaping (incl. tobacco & marijuana); $250 fee
🙅‍♂️ NO unregistered guests (all guests must be on the reservation); $100 fee for each unregistered guest

📄Please keep in mind that to confirm your reservation you will be required to fill and sign a Guest App, where you will have to upload a valid ID, phone number and email, and choose a damage waiver/deposit option so we can make sure to better cater to your stay. We will give you access to the form immediately after booking. You will find all your booking information there (check in/out info, early check in / late check out options, local guide, property details, etc.)

Cancellation Fees:
All cancelled reservations are subject to a 4% fee, even if cancelled within the free-cancellation period. During the free-cancellation period, your total refund will be 96% of the original booking amount—no exceptions. If canceling outside the free cancellation period, normal cancellation penalties will apply.
