With two levels of living space, there’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The main living area features vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, abundant natural light, and a wall of windows overlooking the trees and lake.

Outdoor Living & Lake Fun

This is where lake life really begins! With three outdoor decks and multiple sitting areas, you’ll have plenty of places to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Grill and dine on the upper deck, sip your morning coffee while taking in the peaceful setting, or gather around the fire in the evening. The lower deck features a high-top fire pit table, comfortable seating, and space for a friendly game of cornhole.

Best of all, you’re just steps from Lake Lanier and have full access to a private single-slip dock with an upper sun deck. Bring your own boat and keep it in the slip during your stay, or spend your days swimming, fishing, floating, and enjoying the quiet cove.

We also provide kayaks, paddleboards, a paddle boat, and a floating lily pad for even more fun on the water.

Bedrooms ( Sleeps 7) & Living Spaces

The main-level primary suite features a king bed, private ensuite bathroom, and walk-in closet. The second main-level bedroom offers two queen beds and a walk-in closet, with an additional full bathroom nearby.

On the terrace level, you’ll find a full/double Murphy bed and a third full bathroom, along with a second full kitchen and laundry area.

The terrace level is also a great place to hang out after a day on the lake, with a large sectional sofa, big-screen TV, and foosball table—perfect for movie nights, rainy days, or a little friendly competition.

The home is stocked with the essentials to make your stay easy and comfortable, including a fully equipped kitchen, bed linens, bath towels and plenty of board games!

Convenient Gainesville Location

Conveniently located near downtown Gainesville, you’ll be just a short drive from a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. For guests bringing a boat or jet skis, Clarks Bridge Olympic Park and its boat ramp are just a few miles away by car. Once you’re on the water, the house is approximately 1.5 miles from the boat ramp and only two coves away, making it easy to launch your boat or jet skis and be back at your own private dock in no time. It’s the perfect combination of convenient lake access and a peaceful Lake Lanier getaway.
