Less than 2 miles from the stadium and only 4 miles to each local hospital, this home (like our others) sits in the host`s childhood neighborhood.

Close but not so close that you are `swamped` with students. This is a quiet neighborhood filled with a variety of long time residents (some still here from my childhood! Many remember my family well.)
Conveniently located near UF, hospitals, but even closer... grocery, parks, walking trails, restaurants & shopping.


Fun fact* Gainesville is home to quite a few famous musicians and hundreds more that wanna be famous. This house was home of a local Gainesville band until they eventually each proposed to their girlfriends and became homeowners themselves. The band still plays together occasionally & one on them plays regularly downtown.
This home has beautiful parquet wood floors. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. If you`re traveling with your pets, please check our profile for one of our other PET FRIENDLY PROPERTIES. All of our properties are in the same neighborhood, offering the same great proximity to UF & hospitals.

We ask that you treat the house and neighborhood with respect.
No smoking or vaping inside or on the premises.
Observe quiet hours 10pm-7am
Park in designated areas.
