Your observation is duly noted, and we respect your perspective.Regarding the air conditioning in your room, I personally checked and confirmed that it is indeed functioning correctly. Before every guest's arrival, we ensure that the air conditioning is properly programmed. If there was any issue with its settings (continuous cold) due to incorrect operation, we kindly request guests to inform us immediately so that we can take appropriate action.
