Tastefully decorated, this modern apartment of 78 m2 is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.

The living room features a convertible sofa bed where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The room also has access to a balcony where you can enjoy the fresh air while having a drink with your loved ones.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.

The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, and complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This is a vibrant street that offers a plethora of attractions and amenities for visitors to enjoy. The road is home to some of the city's most popular attractions, including the CR7 Cristiano Ronaldo Museum, where fans can delve into the life and achievements of the legendary footballer. Additionally, Praça do Povo, a charming square bustling with activity and lined with shops and cafes, provides a lively atmosphere for both locals and tourists alike. For those seeking tranquillity, the Panoramic Gardens offer breathtaking views of the city and the surrounding natural beauty.

The Madeira Airport International is about 25 min. The best way to reach the property is by Taxi.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

The apartment has private parking in garage space n.19.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
