This charming 93m² apartment is ideally located near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a variety of restaurants offering diverse culinary options.

The living room is designed for relaxation, featuring a cozy sofa, a TV for your favorite shows, and a dining table. Large windows flood the space with natural sunlight, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. You’ll also have access to a balcony with seating, perfect for enjoying the scenic view.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and necessary cookware and cutlery to prepare delicious meals. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.

The first bedroom is an ensuite with a queen-sized bed and a wardrobe, while the second bedroom features a king-sized bed and a wardrobe. Both rooms come with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and have access to a balcony.

The bathroom is stocked with everything you need to freshen up, including towels and toiletries.

For added convenience, the space is professionally cleaned before your arrival.

Guests also have access to a shared swimming pool, a lake, and a gym.

High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

Located on the 6th floor, the building has an elevator for easy access. Please note that this property features a private elevator to the beach, available for guest use.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This is a stunning area with easy access to attractions like the CR7 Museum and Casino da Madeira. For those looking to relax and unwind, the nearby Doca do Cavacas offers delicious dining options, and Pestana Grand provides luxurious spa services. With its great location, Atlantic Gardens Beach is the perfect spot to explore the surrounding area. Additionally, the beach is just a short distance from the nearest stations for convenient transportation.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The Madeira International Airport is just a 20-minute drive.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
