It was a great stay with very friendly and helpful hotel staff. The help was going way over what you would expect.
For example staff in the drop-off area give personal WiFi hotspot if you do not already have mobile service on your phone for India and need a quick online connect.

Nach 2 Wochen Rundreise durch Indien, wusste das Personal im Restaurant noch, welche Getränke wir zum Frühstück wünschen oder wie wir unsere Eier gerne haben. Auch die nette kleine Dame von der Rezeption erinnerte sich an uns und dass wir ein abgelegeneres, ruhigeres Zimmer bevorzugen.
Außerdem beschäftigt das Hotel mit Vishwa Deep einen wirklich sehr sympathischen und sehr guten Fahrer!

Das Frühstücksangebot ist relativ bescheiden, das Restaurant ist sehr teuer, das Preis Leistungsverhältnis des Essensangebotes ist nicht angemessen. Der Swimmingpool ist eigentlich nur von einem Teil des Hotels gut zugänglich und nutzbar! Das Personal ist sehr bemüht, wirkt aber manchmal hilflos.“

"This hotel is essentially a scam - shocking to see that IHG allows this to go on. Although the hotel advertises a „domestic departures wing“ and an „international departures wing“, the „domestic departures wing“ doesn’t seem to exist and the „employees“ don’t speak enough English to explain what is going on. Instead, there is an apparently well established network of „independent information agents“ that pimp other overpriced hotels to guests who get tricked by this scam and get stuck at midnight at the airport with no one to talk to. A shame for n international brand."
