Diese Villa mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 21/2 BÀdern ist eine der wenigen Villen, die in der Stadt Calete von Privatbesitzern kommerziell vermietet werden können. Ein Mietwagen ist nicht erforderlich, damit Sie Geld sparen können.

Die GrundstĂŒcksgrĂ¶ĂŸe betrĂ€gt 600m2 und die GrundflĂ€che 160m2. Es steht erhöht und ist nicht zu ĂŒbersehen. Es ist völlig abgelegen. Die Dachterrasse bietet einen unverbauten Blick auf das Meer und den Hafen von Calete. Schwimmbad.

Dies ist ein großer 10 x 4 Meter großer Pool. Es hat eine fantastische Wasserrutsche fĂŒr stundenlangen Spaß!
Auf Wunsch gibt es einen abnehmbaren Kindersicherheitszaun. Im Winter wird geheizt (GebĂŒhr vor Ort). Es gibt eine Solardecke. Die WasserqualitĂ€t wird durch ein High-Tech-System aufrechterhalten, das keine aggressiven Chemikalien verwendet (haut- und haarfreundlich fĂŒr Kinder).

Es gibt einen schattigen Kinderspielplatz mit Spielhaus, Tischfußball, Sandkasten usw. Es gibt 42-Zoll-UKTV (Sky Sports, BT Sports, Sky Movies, Filme auf Abruf, BBC, ITV, C4) und WiFi (Internet). Es gibt einen separaten Fernseher mit XBox in Schlafzimmer 3.

Toller Pool, super Spielecke, Ausstattung und Lage könnte besser sein

Insgesamt können wir das Haus weiterempfehlen, empfinden es nur als sehr teuer, fĂŒr das was man bekommt. Bei diesen Preisen sollte alles tiptop sein. Deshalb mĂŒsste dringend einmal das KĂŒchenequipment erneuert werden, hier ist vieles kaputt oder bspw ein Weinglas nicht mal vorhanden. Eine SchranktĂŒr ist komplett rausgebrochen und fĂ€llt einem entgegen. Dies sollte unbedingt renoviert werden. Sind aber alles Dinge mit denen man sich arrangieren kann. Neue Matratzen in den Betten wĂ€ren sicher auch mal eine Idee. Leider hat uns die Lage bzw. der Ort Caleta de Fuste nicht ĂŒberzeugt. Der Strand selbst ist wunderschön, der dazugehörige Ort kann aber gar nichts. Es sieht alles sehr alt und stillstehend aus, keine ansprechenden GeschĂ€fte. Positiv ist im Haus die Kindersicherheit, der tolle Pool und das Spielzeugangebot fĂŒr Kids.

Toller Urlaub fĂŒr die ganze Familie

Die Villa Fin befindet sich in einer ruhigen Straße in Hanglage oberhalb des Zentrums von Caleta del Fuste. Mit dem Auto sind es vom Flughafen ca. 15 Minuten. Parkmöglichkeiten sind direkt vor dem Haus an der Straße vorhanden. Es gibt einen asphaltierten Fußweg, der fast direkt gegenĂŒber der Villa beginnt und in direkter Luftlinie hinunter bis ins Zentrum und weiter zum Strand fĂŒhrt. Ein Supermarkt ist in guten 5 Minuten fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Bis ins Zentrum sind es zu Fuß gute 10-15 Minuten, bis zum Strand ca. 20 Minuten. Die RĂ€ume sind großzĂŒgig geschnitten und bieten viel Platz; auch fĂŒr mehr als 4 Personen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und es gibt mehr als genug KleiderschrĂ€nke und Kommoden, um seine Kleidung unterzubringen. Die KĂŒche ist mit allen GerĂ€ten und Zubehör ausgestattet, das man so braucht. Es gibt auch eine Dolce-Gusto-Kapseln Kaffeemaschine. Die SpĂŒlmaschine ist natĂŒrlich hilfreich und es gibt auch noch einen zweiten KĂŒhlschrank. Besteck, Geschirr und GlĂ€ser/Becher sind in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Das Highlight des Außenbereichs ist der Pool mit Poolheizung. Wir hatten herrlich warmes Wasser und es gab keine Augenreizungen wegen irgendwelcher Chemikalien im Wasser. Die QualitĂ€t war echt super. Es gibt im Außenbereich viele Sitzgruppen, so dass man je nach Bedarf nach Sonne, Schatten oder auch Windschatten immer ein passendes PlĂ€tzchen findet. Wir haben uns dort sehr gerne aufgehalten. Auch wenn unsere Kinder schon etwas Ă€lter sind, haben sie gerne in der Spieleecke gestöbert und der Tischkicker war sehr beliebt, ebenso wie das große 4-Gewinnt oder auch drinnen die Spielekonsole... Passende BĂ€lle fĂŒr den Tischkicker wĂ€ren aber schön gewesen; unsere Kinder haben mit SquashbĂ€llen gespielt. Das ging auch. Auch wenn die Villa nicht neu ist, ist sie in einem sehr guten Zustand; der Vermieter hat zwischenzeitlich auch Erneuerungen vorgenommen, z. B. die Sofas im Wohnzimmer. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung war erfrischend unkompliziert und alle Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet und erledigt (da wĂŒrde ich sogar 6 Sterne geben). Wir wĂŒrden auf jeden Fall wieder einen Urlaub in der Villa Fin buchen und können diese auch weiterempfehlen.

Schöner Weihnachtsurlaub mit der Familie

Das Haus befindet sich in einer groß angelegten Feriensiedlung. Es ist sehr gut gelegen. Die Sonne scheint vom frĂŒhen Morgen bis zum Abend direkt auf das gesamte Areal einschließlich dem Pool. Wer Schatten sucht, der findet ihn an mehreren Stellen. Ebenfalls findet man windgeschĂŒtzte Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Die Dachterrasse mit Liegen und HĂ€ngematte bietet eine wunderschöne Aussicht ĂŒber die Bungalows auf das Meer, Caleta de Fuste und dem Golfplatz. GewöhnungsbedĂŒrftig ist der Flugverkehr, da man in der Einflugschneise vom Flughafen ist. Nachts herrscht vollkommene Ruhe. Das hat aber auch den Vorteil, daß man mit dem Auto schnell am Flughafen und in der Hauptstadt Puerto del Rosario ist. Ebenfalls ist der Standort ideal fĂŒr AusflĂŒge auf der Insel. Die StrĂ€nde im SĂŒden sind ĂŒber die neugebaute Autobahn schnell erreichbar. Die Villa ist gut ausgestattet aber auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub.

Lovely family villa

Great property with plenty of outside space. Lots of things available if you have kids..table football, play area, inflatables for the pool etc. Many different seating areas outside if you wish to stay out of the sun. Lounger mattresses in need of a clean, they were very dusty, but to be fair it was so windy it is probably hard to keep them clean with sand blowing. The sand was in the pool too, despite keeping the cover on it when not in use, but the pool man visited once while we were there to clean it. Huge lounge & well equipped kitchen, separate drinks fridge a bonus! Great choice of channels on tv, especially sport for the boys. Comfy beds and plenty of storage in the bedrooms. The hairdryer in the master bedroom needs replacing & the hairdryers generally are small travel type ones.The villa was generally clean apart from the floors, but again this was probably sand blowing in. The separate toilet needs attention, as there was an unpleasant smell coming from there. The fourth bedroom is accessed from outside the villa (but still within the grounds) not ideal especially if you have young children.The views from the roof terrace were lovely, there was a cafe, bar & pizza place just at the end of the road, which was very handy. More bars & restaurants within 10 minute walk & about a 25 minute stroll to the beach, it's uphill back, but taxis available & cheap. Great communication with the owner & the manager Matias. All in all a lovely villa & we enjoyed our stay.

Great Family Villa

Superb house with everything you need.

Can’t fault our stay the villa was perfect for our family lots to keep the children entertained. The pool was the highlight of our holiday was lovely and warm the kids were in it non stop. We enjoyed the walk downhill into the town and to get a taxi back up was less than 3 euros so perfect .Definitely hoping to return one day .

Family Easter break

We very much enjoyed staying in rhe property. It was very spacious both inside and outside. The pool was a big hit with everyone. Unfortunately, the dishwasher was broken. This was a bit of a nuisance as there were 8 of us in our party. It would have been useful if a draining rack had been provided.It appeared from the listing that the property was not as far up the hill as it was. However, it was quite near to a well equipped supermarket and there was a lovely Italian restaurant near there as well.it wasnt too far to walk to other places and taxis were very cheap. Our main shop was done at the big Atlantico supermarket and a taxi from there was very cheap.

Fantastic place

We have just got home from a wonderful 2 week stay in this Villa and it was amazing. The views are fantastic. The heated pool is a welcoming relief in the sunshine, the large outside area was lovely. The Villa is spacious and with us being 6 adults, there was enough space to get away from each other from time to time.The Villa is a 15 minute walk downhill to the centre. Due to age and health issues of some of our party we did have to taxi back, however, taxis are usually available at the taxi rank next to the china shop in town or opposite Fado steak house. If you want rest and relaxation, peace and quiet and not be in the middle of it all, the Villa is perfect!!

Great holiday

Villa Fin was amazing and really made our holiday in caleta de fuste. Adult's, teenagers and kids all loved the villa and pool. It was heated to a lovely temperature so even the baby enjoyed itgetting

Spacious and private

The villa is really spacious both inside and out. It has a good sized pool and the slide is a great addition. There is a box of pool equipment for you to use on your holiday to save you bringing any toys in your suitcase.A darts board was great for family tournaments along with table football, giant connect 4 and a tiny golf set.Two large three seater sofas and a six seater dining table were welcome additions for us while a sand storm ran through for two days of our stay. We made great use of the outdoor table and chairs sun loungers once the storm had passed.The villa is a 20 minute walk down hill to the town centre where you will find a variety of shops, cafes and bars. There is a small supermarket and variety of bars approx 5 min walk down the hill from the villa and there is a pizza takeaway and a bar just a short walk across the road from the villa. Taxis were very reasonably priced at 3 to travel from the town centre back to the villa and an 8 taxi to a large Lidl which we would recommend for getting all your food.

Villa Fin

The property is in a quiet location. The only downfall was the hill to walk back up if you go into Caletta De Fuste. Scooters are a good option or a taxi, if you can get one, is about 4 euros, lovely villa and very spacious. The beds are quite low but that’s the Spanish to it, I think. Out of town and needs some TLC

When we were dropped off by our taxi upon arrival, we had a long walk up hill and through roadworks and took ages to locate the villa.. even the taxi driver couldnt find it. Description was a 10 min walk into town however, even on the quickest route took us atleast 20 mins downhill and going back was longer as all steep hills. The floors hadnt been mopped as the childrens feet were black after going around inside. The sofa bed in the master room had dust all around and overall just wasnt very clean. The outdoor furniture was quite uncomfortable to relax on and could do with new/thicker cushions. The swimming pool was nice and warm. Quite dissapointed after having paid alot for this villa. The villa agent was very rude when we said about the walk into town and when we wanted to book a taxi back to the airport but communication with Dr Iain was very good.

Spacious house

A nice house 15 min. Walk to the beach. Spacious with several outdoor sitting area's. A lot of toys for the children. The gated pool is very nice when with small children (placed an extra bench in front of it just in case). Very equipped kitchen. The bathrooms are a bit dated, but that suits the price of the house.

Just perfect

Great villa. Lovely outside space with so many choices of sitting areas. Great pool with slide and outdoor shaded play area with lots of games. The children were entertained and the adults were too! This villa has everything you could want plus so much more. Would definitely return and would highly recommend. Thank you Iain for sharing your lovely property

Great house but needs better cleaning

The location of the house it perfect. The pool and the outside area is amazing and the presence of toys for the little ones is a big plus. The pool is very clean. The house itself has good amenities but in general the cleanliness needs attention. From a distance everything looks good but if you start to look closer you see that the lack of proper cleaning over time is showing its effect. When we arrived the cleaners left the windows in the bathrooms open and we only found out when it was dark. The result was that huge cockroaches entered the house and it took us two nights to capture them all. We found the washing machine with a layer of dirty water in it and a lot of mould inside the machine. Since the smell was horrible we tried to drain the dirty water and give it a cycle but as result the whole kitchen flooded with water. This dirty water and mould should have been noticed by the cleaning people so as a result we could not wash anything since a replacement machine had lead time. With a small kid this is annoying. In the kitchen and bathrooms there were baby cockroaches present, after discovering we notified the representative and he took proper action by spraying the house. The remainder of our stay the dead cockroaches came out and we could sweep them up in the morning. On the last morning when we left no cockroaches were present anymore so the spray helped. On the day of check-in the representative was at the house even when we got delayed a little bit.

Family holiday

Fantastic villa great location despite construction /improvement works all around, will be stunning when finished. Villa was superb for our stay some minor issues which where sorted by owner, property manager a little fifficult to get hold of. Would defo stay again if on family holiday.

Excellent Villa Holiday

This is the villa that has everything, well almost. We'll get to that shortly. Our party consisted of 8 adults and 1 child (11yrs) 3 in party had walking issues, so we needed a single level villa. All amenities mentioned in description were available. Pool was big, bbmcclean and heated. The property, is very spacious especially the size of the whole plot. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend Villa Fin for any wishing to relax in privacy. If we were to mention just a couple of things it would be to revise description of bedroom no.4 access, as to get in main house you need to exit bedroom to outside and enter main house via kitchen or living room patio door or bedroom no.2 via ndoor. Secondly, although host provided portable fans, the property nnnnnnnwould benefit from fitted ceiling fans, even just in bedrooms. Overall though, our whole party really liked the Villa and would definitely book it again if returning to Fuerteventura. Thank you so much for a memorable holiday..... agawhenFuerteventuruand

Great holiday!

Nice villa, lots of room. Pool area very good, kids enjoyed the slide. Walk into town but not too far. Good location we thought. Will be back. Contact with host and his local rep was great. Even organised our taxis back to the airport which we really appreciated. There’s quite a bit of pavement work going on near the villa this year but when done will be great. Next year looking to be busy for the villa so book soon!

Fantastic! A must for families

Our first ever Villa holiday and we were not disappointed! There’s so many fantastic things about Villa Fin it’s hard to know where to start! We were a party of 7, 5 adults and 2 children aged 4 and 2. We had the best time the heated pool is fabulous and the slide was great fun for all. Absolute bonus that the pool is fenced children could run around freely. The villa is approximately 20 minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants 3-10 minutes. The villa is fully equipped, Iain has provided everything you would possibly need and I mean everything not just the bare essentials. Kids toys, a baby potty, toddler toilet seat, all the electrical appliances a kitchen would need. Even had medicine spoons! The list is endless. The water heater broke while we were there, contacted Iain and it was fixed within hours. Oh to have this service in England! Any questions we had Matias was on hand and he answered promptly. I have one suggestion, that the laminate like edging by the pool is made non slip. Will we be returning to Villa Fin? Most definitely!
