De accomodatie is echt geweldig, je ervaart echt de luxe. Enige minpunt vond ik (maar dat kan ook aan mezelf liggen) dat je niet gelijk weet waar je appartement is en wat de snelste/kortste route is naar de receptie. Voor de rest echt een geweldig complex en zeer luxe appartementen..!!

Stor besvikelse!
Vi bokade hotellet för att de hade ett SPA. När vi kommer dit får vi reda på att SPA- avdelningen är stängd och poolen tömd på vatten. Uselt!. Dessutom fick man betala för wifi!!!! Vi åt övérstekt oxfile i restaurangen, en av oss bad att få en ny och fick en likadan.

Nice hotel but it was disappointing to see the water in the pool very cold and not even the hot tubs turned on or heated. I asked the staff several times to turn on the heating of the water in the hot tubs but we were ignored. They have a spa (indoor pools) but they don’t allow access with kids so the facilities are pointless. Too expensive hotel not being able to enjoy the facilities. We also found the access around the pool and rooms with a stroller to be very challenging.

Great facility but had to wait for long periods to be attended to as very few staff. Phone was not answered a couple of times we called. Communication was a bit difficult as we struggled to understand each other. A beautiful place though and will benefit greatly from improved customer services.

It was a beautiful hotel but there was no service at the pool. The bathrooms were a bit old. The bed sofa was the worst. My daughter could not sleep in it because she felt all the springs in her back. Made a complaint about it but they didn’t bother to offer anything. And probably by reading this they will send the copy paste answers.. Location was nice and breakfast was good

Terrible service and absolutely shocking rooms! The area stinks of PIGS as is surrendered by pig farms, so honestly avoid at all cost. Nothing, absolutely nothing about this hotel is luxurious. I never ever leave bad reviews but I wished I was warned before booking a weekend there. AVOID

Bare rot med bestilling. Dårlig kvalitet på middag. Hadde en gravemaskin 3 meter fra terrassen mange timer etter vi ankom. Pga graving var det sterk kloakk lukt utendørs. Lite god service i resepsjon av spesielt en person. Resten av personalet var greie.

The only reason for not getting full score on cleanliness is the fact that one of the first two rooms we were given had a severe smell from what appeared to be cigarette smoke. We were offered a similar two-bedroom suite with a better location, so it all needed well in the end.

Great place to just relax and take it easy! Super nice facilities and very clean. Everything you'd expect from a 5 star resort! The closest cities are however pretty far away.

Me encanto la tranquilidad la simpatia la limpieza y el cuidado tuve un problema con el jacuzzi por fallo mio pero en menos de 5 mnts ya estaba el tecnico en mi puerta poniendolo a punto lo unico que los niños menores de 14 años no pueden entrar en el spa y con el temporal de lluvia de estas fiestas pues no pudimos disfrutar todo lo debido y los precios de los restaurantes muy elevados por lo demas fue increíblemente perfecto
