Cabin getaway

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Surrounded by beautiful trees and wildlife. You will frequently be visited by deer and wild turkeys and elk. Make memories that will last a lifetime. It’s the perfect place to get away from all the hustle and bustle of the world. It is close to several reservoirs. Has a hot tub, pool table, foosball table, air hockey table, canoes. ATVs are available for rent. Can sleep up to 16 people but comfortably sleeps 12. There is an outdoor fire pit. There is also a 6 person hot tub. There is no sex allowed in the hot tub. Violation of this rule will result in a hefty fee associated with the need to drain the tub and sanitize the hot tub. The 6th bedroom is actually a loft where there are 2 queen sized futons and the television. The bunk beds are double sized and can sleep up to 4 people. The game room is in the basement. All rooms have at least one lamp with USB ports for charging your devices. The television is a smart tv. There is also satellite internet available. There are outdoor security cameras. You will be given a personal code for the doors on the day of check in.
This is a remote location. In the winter months you will need all wheel or 4 wheel drive to get here. The closest town is Duchesne and then Heber. The only store in Fruitland is the Big G gas station. It has some supplies and a cafe. The cabin is close to several reservoirs including Starvation and Strawberry. There is also a small reservoir call the Red Creek that is only minutes from the cabin. There are canoes available to use. No pets allowed. No raging parties. This is a family cabin with cabin neighbors who don’t appreciate loud raging parties at night. It gets the HOA called and all sorts of problems. No fireworks. In high fire season there are no open flames. But there is an outdoor propane fire pit.
