„I’m fairly sensitive to smells, and they do use an air freshener of sorts to mask it, but upon walking in you can definitely tell there has been some combination of smoking and pets in the room at some point. It’s not terrible, just noticeable when I first walked in. There are some mysterious building noises, repeated creaking/tapping sounds etc, but I put on my noise machine and slept just fine. „We came here as a family and stayed for one night. It was the perfect mountain lodge. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was warm and even had some toys. We loved the multi-purpose room with cornhole and ping pong. I highly recommend getting pizza at the restaurant in the basement. “

„My husband and I enjoyed our stay. He fished, I sat on the wooden swing. We saw deer, and watched a mink along the river several times. This is in close proximity to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain State Park. I messaged the owners twice and received prompt attention. The traffic noise is a bit heavy but definitely not a deal breaker for us. I highly recommend a stay here“

„This property was absolutely perfect for us! The home was so comfortable and the views were outstanding at sunrise from the master bedroom. Secluded enough for a real getaway experience but still close enough to head to civilization if desired. Cooking was also great as the kitchen was well stocked with equipment and staple ingredients and seasonings. 5 stars all the way!“

„Our party included three generations; the youngest member being 9 years old. We had plenty of room, the kitchen was large and fully stocked with appliances, and the beds were warm and comfy. We all appreciated the Christmas tree and decorations. It made our holiday much more festive. But the best part, by far, was the sleds. We had a wonderful Christmas Eve sledding party! My nephew, the 9 year old, sledded everyday and says this was the best Christmas!“

Not fancy by any means, but serves as a great place to gather & rest your head. Limited supplies in kitchen so come prepared and bring your own water. Faucet water is not clear in color, so bring plenty of drinking water too! Beautiful surroundings right outside your door.“
