„We love this place. This is our fourth or fifth time staying here. It is completely furnished with everything you need for a great visit to Bailey. Right off of Highway 85. Mountain views are great. The small neighborhood has a pool. The children play ground is right outside the front door. Everyone is nice to you. Planning our next visit now.“

„Wonderful stay with beautiful views. The sound of the creek was instantly relaxing. Great location near plenty of restaurants, hikes & attractions. Excellent water pressure and the AC worked like a charm. The host and groundskeeper were very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. Overall a wonderful experience!“

„This is a great property if you want peace and quiet in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the back porch and took walks in the national forest behind the house. It was close enough to Nederland to go for lunch and dinner and within a short drive to a number of great hiking spots. The previously mentioned hot water issue was taken care of and we had immediate and constant hot water as needed. “

"Das Zimmer (E28) ist absurd winzig. Es war nicht einmal möglich, von der rechten Seite ins Bett zu kommen (Abstand zur Wand etwa 15cm). Es war absolut hellhörig, wir konnten sämtlichen Nachbarn lauschen. Auch das Bad war winzig. Alles war eng auf und übereinander gestapelt (Kühlschrank!!). Es war wirklich eine schlimme Nacht für uns und dazu auch noch hoffnungslos überteuert. Nie wieder und definitiv keine Empfehlung "
