The cabin next door is pretty close, we had great neighbors but if they are outside or have music or kids you can definitely hear the inside your cabin, again ours were great and don’t hear them after dinner time and even wha we heard wasn’t disruptive at all. „Pros: beautiful area, tons of Elk and other animals, close tu the National Park. Cons: An older place. It was hard to know which plugs would work. It would help if the name Fawn Chalet Lower was listed in the description as we had a hard time finding it We did check in an hour early, but thought the unit would be ready for us. Things were clearly missed. No soap or shampoo conditioner were filled in the bathroom. Dishes were in the dishwasher and towels in the dryer. They ask you to wash ...

„Lovely spacious room, comfy bed and perfect location in between Estes shopping and RMNP. Would stay here again!“

„Room was as described and very clean. Well laid out space was functional and had everything we needed. We had a challenge getting the room to cool down in the June evening heat but running the AC for a few hours helped. The only downside was that the ceiling fan made a noticeable humming noise so we didn’t use it much. Would return because loved the area and the room was great for a couple.“
