GUEST SELF CHECK IN:

Self Check In. Key Box located on the property. You will receive your information through email. You will get a text with the code once your condo is ready.

Check in 4 pm. If your condo is ready early you will receive a text.

Check out is 12 noon. If would like a late check out, request as soon as possible. I will try to meet your request.

Upon arrival send me a text after you have inspected your condo so I know you are completely satisfied.

Text me upon your departure so I may notify housekeeping to prepare for the next guess.

There are cameras located outside on the property. We live on this property as well and have never had an incident. We have wonderful neighbors.
