„We enjoyed a lovely quiet couple's getaway while we went to the Ed Sheeran concert in Ipswich. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very quiet and relaxing.
The town centre is in walking distance and has some really nice and reasonably priced cafes. There is a short walk to a pebble beach and beautiful gardens. “

The company that run the property though are terrible. Sykes Cottages trying to scam us out of money for property damage that is unreasonable and without evidence.
They send a message via their website that has no way of responding to except for Whatsapp. But no one monitors or replies via whatsapp. “

„There was no bedside light (despite there being two bedside tables) and no rubbish bin in the room. The curtains did not close properly. One window had a crack in it and there is no double glazing so the road outside was noisy. It was very hot, but we kept the windows closed to try to reduce the noise (no aircon).The staff were very helpful however (having moved us from a different room as the bathroom light wasn't working in that one).“

The owner was extremely nice and took care of me very well. The house is old and although you could tell they tried hard to keep the shared bathrooms clean, this wasn’t always the case. The house was fukky booked though so I appreciate the effort! I’d definitely come back! “
