„Grove House Hotel ist ein kleines typical Britisches Hotel. Vom Aussehen mehr ein B&B. Da aber auch Speisen Abends erhaeltlich sind und eine kleine Bar existiert ist es wohl ein Hotel. Das Nachtleben im Hotel fand in den Tagen meines Aufenthaltes nicht statt. Die Stadt Woodbrige, ein Staedchen mit ca. 8000 Einwohnern ist fusslaeufig in 25 Min zu erreichen. Die Auswahl and Pubs und Restaurants ist sehr reichhaltig. Ansonsten ist das Hotel genau was ich erwarte. Gebraucht aber gut in Schuss. Das ...

Room was very spacious and comfortable with a balcony for warmer weather - lovely views to the other side. The hotel kindly allowed a later check out with a prompt and polite response to our request. Check in was efficient and simple. The evening meal was superb - great value and the pavlova! Wow! Chef’s kiss! All in all - a beautiful historic building and a really enjoyable stay. We will return I am sure. “
