- Conveniently located for accessing several ski resorts, either by car or local transit buses (stop is right outside) - Property is old but well-maintained - Rooms are basic but with microwave & mini-fridge - Comfortable beds, clean linens - Ample parking - Provides simple yet appreciated breakfast of cereal, oatmeal, coffee, OJ - Staff is hard-working and efficient - Overpriced, but less so than other lodging options given the location

Always a clean, friendly, and incredibly convenient option within walking distance of dozens of shopping and dining options, as well as my prime reason for picking it; completely accessible from Denver via hiking routes and public transportation alone.

Pretty fantastic bang for your buck considering you get to stay in the centre of Frisco. It's right by a bus stop that can take you to Copper Mountain. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean and cleaned well by housekeeping. Also, this might just be a "me" thing, but i was pleasantly surprised that they had frozen waffles and a toaster as part of their continental breakfast. Really makes things less bland. The only downside is that the WiFi isn't great. It's serviceable and if you're on a ski holiday with friends/family maybe it's a nice chance to unplug. While it doesn't always happen, videos will often buffer.

This is a very basic motel in a wonderful location, right on Main Street next to shops and restaurants. Our room looked out onto the alley and the walls are very thin. A lamp was broken and everything shows wear and tear. However, it was clean, the shower was strong and hot, and there was a fridge. We had to checkout early due to my son being sick, and we got a full refund by giving 48 hours notice. It was much appreciated.

I love this motel! Sure it is a little dated but it is clean and comfortable. Most of all, it's priced right. If you aren't fancy people and want a great room close to the ski resorts, you will be happy here. We have stayed before and will stay again. The continental breakfast was great too! Boiled eggs, fresh fruit, juice/coffee, yogurt, cereal, breads, pastries, bagels, and Eggo's! I am just a little sad they removed the hot tub. It was nice for an apres ski soak.

We were lucky we checked in at this place with a confirmed reservation!! The guy at the reception was extremely rude, did not listen to us, he’s just not trained to treat guests because he kept telling us to go somewhere else because he could not charge our stay in our credit cards. We tired to explain the guy on how he could charge our credit card because our credit cards had extra security features. But he just didn’t listen!! We got lucky the owner stopped by because ones we explain to him the situation. They were able to charge our reservation. So if you plan to stay at this place be prepare when you arrive at the reception.

I'm really sorry that you had a bad experience at check in. Your credit card was declining and we could not process the payment. I'm glad we were able to figure out that.

Good place to stay. 15 mins from Breckenridge. Clean and well kept. Staff was welcoming and kind. Rooms are a bit dated but thats not an issue for me. Breakfast offered, minimal... toast ,bagles, yogurt and fruit. The breakfast area is quite small and it seemed as if EVERYONE converged at the same time, so expect a wait or go elsewhere for breakfast. Would stay here again.

Great location, clean & low cost for area.
Nice Hotel for the cost. Great location in Frisco & very clean. Free breakfast was also a positive. Older hotel so not as soundproof as new construction. Paul at the front desk was friendly and very accommodating when we asked for a room change.

Older motel but well-maintained and clean. However beds are soft and lumpy and pillows are hard. Wouldn't want to stay more than 1 night.
