Convenience extends downstairs with one bedroom and one bathroom, offering accessibility for all. The generously proportioned living room and dining area are perfect for hosting sizable groups. The kitchen is fully stocked with essential appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, air fryer, slow cooker, microwave, stove, refrigerator, pots, pans, dishes, and silverware. We've taken care of your culinary needs by providing spices, salt, pepper, and sugar. Additionally, coffee and tea are readily available.
Families with infants will find our accommodations exceptionally welcoming. We offer a Pack 'n Play Playard, a baby rocker, a high chair, and a safety gate for your peace of mind.
Outside, the generous backyard features a charming gazebo, an inviting outdoor dining table, and a spacious open area for your enjoyment. Whether you're planning a BBQ, all the necessary equipment, including a grill, propane, and tools, is at your disposal.
In the garage, we have a Level 2 EV Charger capable of delivering up to 48 amps. It features a convenient 24-foot cable with an SAE J1772 connector, making it compatible with all electric cars (Tesla EVs required an adapter, which is included in every Tesla vehicle delivery). Please note that EV charging is not included in the reservation cost, and there is an additional charge based on your usage. You will receive a bill corresponding to the amount you charge.
Things to know
- If you are a local in the Fresno area, don’t book without first contacting me.
- Yard cleanup day is on Wednesdays. If you’re staying with us on a Wednesday, the gardener will be there some time between 11am-2pm to clean the front and back yard.
- Trash/waste pick up is on Thursdays. Someone might be there on Wednesday evening to take the trash bins out to the curb.
- There are SECURITY CAMERAS covering almost all exterior area of this property. There is one security camera in the interior of the garage. All cameras are visible. GUESTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO COVER CAMERAS OR TAMPER WITH THE DEVICE IN ANY WAY THAT CAN IMPEDE ITS FUNCTION.
