„Location is fabulous! Many lovely walks. Over to beach, down or up a couple of blocks in distance and then back along estuary or visa versa. Very tidy accommodation with everything you need. It was great to have the garage to use to store our bikes. Bottle Lake great for mountain biking not too far away.“

„Frances was more accommodating than any host we’ve encountered in any country. She met us upon arrival, explained a few things, made two restaurant reservations for us, changed one on the day of, provided directions, rebooted internet immediately, and left cream for our coffee. She even had fresh flowers throughout the house. Her place is a perfect location to sit and watch all the port and harbor activity, walk to several restaurants and cafes, but easy to take tunnel into Christchurch. ...

„This property was exactly as advertised and we'd stay here again.Lots of storage area for luggage.Desk on the 2nd floor was handy.We liked the area, it was a good landing place to spend a few days and made a shift into the New Zealand time zone.Late February the area was quiet, and nice to be across the road from the Beach for walking.“

Felt property had had a lot of thought into design of complex. Perfect situation for bus into town, riverwalks,excellent supermarket close by. Would most definitely book again.“
