Hôtel qui se dit accessible pour les personnes en fauteuil roulant. Ce n'est pas vrai !!! La chambre est certes accessible mais pas la salle de bain. Impossible pour une personne en fauteuil roulant de passer la porte, ce qui pose de gros soucis. Lorsque nous avons fait part du problème à la réceptionniste pour seule réponse nous avons eu : " toutes les chambres sont pareilles". Une simple excuse, pas de remise sur le prix de la chambre. Quel manque de professionnalisme !!! Quant au petit-déjeuner, il est très simple. Quelques tranches de pain de mie, du beurre, de la confiture et un grille-pain auraient été quand même les bienvenus.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you feel our rate was too high. However, we are one of the affordable budget hotels in Fredericksburg. As, Fredericksburg is an area that has higher hotel rates. Our breakfast, does offer waffles, Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, sausage pancake on a stick, as well as juice, coffee and fresh fruit. We do offer snacks available to purchase in the motel lobby. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us.

The hotel is very run down and didn’t appear to be very clean. We didn’t even shower here because the tub appeared so grimy and worn down. The vinyl flooring had cracks, broken lamp shades, needs to be painted, etc. We went on a very busy weekend and this was our only option, and even though the location is right off the Main Street and convenient to several things, I would have rather stayed somewhere else and drove a lot further as the condition of the place made it hard to relax and get a good nights sleep.

The shower faucet was running when we checked in. Both knobs were turned as far off as they could be. I'm sure the cleaning staff or another customer had told the hotel before, but they booked the room anyway. We could not get the water to turn off the entire time. I told the lady up front when we checked out, but she didn't seem to care. If this happens, a hotel should NOT book the damaged room until repairs can be made. The running water made for a long night.

Sometimes believe it or not housekeepers usually don't say a word about issues or other guests. So we will speak with the last housekeeper who cleaned the room to see why it was not reported. Our installers we had last let us down because we are now in the process of redoing the floors again. We are very sorry about the breakfast, it can get a little cramped in the lobby area where breakfast is located. We are pleased the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly. I did not check in and told the manager I was not going to stay. She wanted to charge me for a nights stay for two rooms. I protest and will not pay for one dollar for this unsatisfactory property. Very unprofessional and did not have my reservation as I had booked it. I reserved two rooms and only one room was showing on the ccmputer. Then I was told they would charge me their rate for the other room. The manager at the desk was coughing all over me as she told me this and apparently had forgotten to put in her dentures so was hard to understand. I will not pay for any charges involved with this Super 8 by Wynfom.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience. We are very sorry about the confusion with your booking. Upon looking at your reservation, you originally booked through a third party. We have no way of knowing how many rooms you book through them and have no control over those reservations. They come directly to us through the third party site. This was out of our control and no fault of the property since we did not book them for you. We are very sorry for your experience with your third party booking. And, we are not sure what putting down the desk clerk or dentures had to do with your booking. Once again we are very sorry for the third party booking error.

The chair in the entrance of our room was dirty and had a q-tip on it from a previous guest! The floor was so disgusting in the bathroom that I couldn’t walk barefoot. The grout and floor boards were brown but should have been cream. There was sticky spots on the entertainment stand that was never cleaned. Giant gaps between the floor boards and baseboards collecting god knows what. The shower was so poorly maintained (and had poor previous repairs done) we didnt shower there. Pay a bit more to stay somewhere else.
