The ac in our room did not cool well. The shampoo was so tiny, it was not enough for 2 people. The light in the pool was hanging and that could be dangerous. The breakfast was horrible. Overall i would probably stay again but would not eat the breakfast and bring my own shampoo.

In my stay I had a very bad experience in which the staff gave my room key to another guest just because we had the same last name. To make the story short that guest opened my room door like around 11pm as me and my fiancée were sleeping and it was a horrible and awkward moment for everyone. After making a complaint to the front desk they said that it was a mistake and there was very little that they could do.

Location is #1, closest motel to Main street shops and dining. Comfort and quiet are #2, Room was nice (mini-suite), so 2 TVs, lots of space, two separated sinks. No road noise or noisy neighbors. Parking is #3. We had rented a full-size cargo van. Their parking area accommodated the van very well. But, our room had not been renovated, so the bathroom, especially was out-of-date. No grab bar in a slick bath/shower, toilet seat would not stay upright for a guy's use so use one hand to do your business and the other to hold back the seat.

The Sunday House was very convenient to everything in town. Great parking and easy to walk everywhere. The hot tub was not working and the heated pool was not warm but all else was good. Good breakfast selection.

The pros for this hotel are 1.Location 2. Price 3. Excellent breakfast option (more than just pastries and cereal) Cons: 1. A/C unit is in the area of the vanity sink and doesn’t cool off the area where the beds are. It was still cool when I was there but in the summer it would be an issue for me. 2. Water pressure for the shower was abysmal. The textured mat in the tub was still slippery. All in all I had a pleasant stay and I would stay here again.

We had a problem with the door key. We had to get the card redone each day. The maintenance person was very helpful. Appears the door lock itself needs attention. Additionally the light switch by the door as you walk in does not work. Appears that it should turn on the ceiling lights over each bed. They do not come on so we had to get a lamp turned on to get light. This switch also needs attention.

There is a separate switch by the bed that will turn on those lights. A possibility may be that the floor lamp was unplugged as that is the light the switch by the door is to turn on.
