The Peach Orchard Haus is a wine country getaway for all. Located just blocks from Main St. it features a recently remodeled house, an expansive patio and a fire pit to sip wine as the sun sets. This home provides ample space for all types of occasions, from bachelorette parties to relaxing family vacations.

- The large master bedroom offers a spacious room with a king bed, its own private bathroom, and TV.
- The 2nd bedroom has a king bed and its own TV.
- The 3rd bedroom has two comfy twin beds.
- The sun room is updated with a new full size sleeper sofa which sleeps 2, bringing the total sleeping capacity to 8!
- Mix drinks on the island and enjoy all of the conveniences of a fully equipped kitchen. Every morning, take your coffee on the patio and listen to the soothing sound of the Texas Hill Country.

The Peach Orchard Haus has the BEST location in Fredericksburg, walkable to Main St (5 min), Hondo’s (8 min) and the National Museum of the Pacific War (15 min). The close proximity to Main St. allows easy access to restaurants, shopping and the pickup locations of wine shuttles.

We have Pest control schedule quarterly but due to the house being outside in the hill country , and summer you may have several encounter with the critters.

Other things to note:
CAMERA DISCLOSURE
There is a camera (nest doorbell) that automatically records audio and video of the exterior of the property. There are no cameras inside the house.

WOOD BURNING STOVE
The wood burning stove (in the family room) is decoration only and should not be used under any circumstance.
