The Container Haus is contemporary and industrial design with many unique features, recessed lighting, modern designs and countertops throughout, high quality leather furniture and lots of windows and light complete this cozy and inviting abode. You can expect to experience a great deal of fun with our outdoor patio that includes a hot tub and cowboy pool. The Space:

The home is located inside a completely fenced in compound with private driveway, parking spot and security gate. All linens, towels, dishes and cookware are provided as well as coffee, soaps and bath products.

- Master bedroom with a king bed, 2nd bedroom with 2 queen beds

- Full ensuite bathroom with walk-shower + 2nd hall half bathroom

- Full kitchen with a Keurig

- 2 Smart TV's; 1 in living room & 1 in master bedroom

- Outdoor fire pit, please BYO firewood

- Cowboy Pool (Note: cowboy pool is not heated, it's like a mini-pool. There is no way to control temp of water.)

- The Cowboy Pool is unavailable from November through the end of February, as it remains winterized during the colder months. This timeline may change depending on cold temperatures in the Hill Country area.

- Fenced in yard, perfect for your fur babies!

Guest Access:

Guests will have complete access to entire house and yard. Code to get into first gate, and inside home front door. This home is secured with a gate that locks when you go out and come in and locks behind you.



*NOTE: DO NOT leave out the front gate without knowing the code to get back in, or you will be locked out from the home entrance.



The Neighborhood:

You are located in a quiet area, just minutes from downtown...quietly tucked in the hill country.



Getting Around:

Guests will have parking access on the property + we do offer Luxury Private Transportation Services, please reach out to us directly for details and scheduling!



Other Things to Note:

Pet fee: There is a pet fee of $45 per pet/per night + taxes/fees, and up to 2 pets only with a 45 lb limit. Pet fee is not automatically included in the total, it's added after booking is confirmed. Pets are not allowed on any furniture/beds. Pets must be kenneled if ever unattended. Please pick up after your pet(s).



*ABSOLUTELY NO PETS IN POOL, there will be an additional cleaning fee if pets get in*



- The Cowboy Pool is unavailable from November through the end of February, as it remains winterized during the colder months. This timeline may change depending on cold temperatures in the Hill Country area.



- Suitable for all children/infants



- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
