Located just outside of Fredericksburg, you are 4 miles away to Main Street and we do offer Luxury Private Transportation Services, please reach out to us directly for details and scheduling!



Other Things to Note:

- This property is pet-friendly. There is a pet fee of $45 per pet/per night + taxes/fees, and up to 2 pets max and 35 lbs max. Pet fee is not automatically included in the total, it's added after booking is confirmed. Pets are not allowed on furniture/beds. Please pick up after your pet(s). Pets must be kenneled if ever unattended. Yard is not fully fenced.



- This property is suitable for children/infants.



- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
