As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. Thank you for your understanding!



Please note: This listing is for the guesthouse only. There is also a separate main house located on the same property that can accommodate an additional 4 guests; however, the main house is rented separately. By booking this listing, you are reserving the guesthouse only. If you’re traveling with additional guests and need extra space for friends or family members, send us a message! We’d be happy to help you reserve both homes so everyone can stay together on the same property. We may even be able to offer a special discount when booking both spaces. The main house and guesthouse are located approximately 20 feet apart, making it convenient for larger groups who want to stay close while still enjoying separate spaces.



Guest Access:

Guests will receive the lockbox code in their check-in instructions to access the physical key. The property offers convenient self-check-in.

- This property is suitable for children and infants. Please note that we do not provide additional beds, cribs, or infant accommodations. Guests are welcome to bring their own pack-and-play if needed. Due to the sleeping arrangements, the property can comfortably accommodate a maximum of one child. As with any Hill Country property, please be cautious and aware of local wildlife and outdoor elements. It is not uncommon to encounter deer, insects, snakes, scorpions, and other native wildlife in the area.



- This property is not pet-friendly.



- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
