In addition to the Ranch House, there are nine newly built cottages and three that are original to the property, all impeccably furnished and decorated, that can also be booked separately. There is also a stunning premiere event space available to book when renting all cottages.

LOCATION - 4.5 miles from the center of downtown Fredericksburg on 33 acres. There are 12 other cottages on the property that may be occupied during your stay.

All properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee no pests or bugs will be visible.
