☀ Pet Policy: We welcome dogs up to 65 lbs, with breed restrictions. Please reach out before booking to confirm if your pet can be accommodated. Pet fee is $75 for each, with a maximum of two pets allowed.

Please note that our property in Fredericksburg is set in a peaceful country environment, where encounters with local wildlife and insects—such as ants, beetles, flies, scorpions, bees, hornets, or other native bugs—may occasionally occur, especially during the warmer months. While we schedule regular professional pest control and uphold high standards of cleanliness, a completely bug-free experience cannot be guaranteed due to the natural surroundings. Please note that check-ins and check-outs are not permitted on major U.S. holidays, including New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
