As we discussed we take great pride in our guest satisfaction and it is clear that we did not live up to that in this case. The fact that you chose our hotel based on our excellent reviews will I hope allow you to accept that your experience was unusual for us. We are putting measures in place to do a better job of making sure we communicate to our guests that our General Manager lives on site and is available after hours to address issues such as you pointed out. I apologize for the room not being of our standard. We take great pride in the cleanliness of our rooms as noted in our surveys. Many choose to stay with us because of our high standards. I again apologies for falling short in your case. We also take hospitality very seriously, so much so, that we have the Resident manger living on site to address any concerns or issues as they arise.

Thank you for your feedback. We do have a microwave ordered and assure you it was safe. The glass front is decorative, but I certainly understand your concern. We take great pride on our cleaning of the property as noted in many guest reviews. We will be sure to keep an eye on public smoking areas.
