The room smelled musty. The whole room seemed dingy. The hallway carpets were stained in so many areas as if someone specifically stained them every few steps.The walls are thin. I didn't eat there and bought my own sheets to cover the bed so that I could sleep comfortably. I would never stay here again. My group is planning another trip to this area and I will not stay here!

Very nice and affordable place, exceeded my expectations because the price, i read the reviews before reservation and were good and that gave me more confidence, very convenient to my needs, now if you are a person that uses a magnifier to find any problems you’ll find it, I was happy with my staying and willing to it again.

Ceiling creaking from above room at night at night, dogs barking, no TV service, and wet dirty bathroom, yuck! Rooms were updated, but they did not update the bathrooms. Lobby, breakfast room and hallways nice, breakfast was as expected.

Staff was neutral about my complaint.bed looked smaller than king,more like a double,shower head wouldn't stay up. I'm sure I won't be staying at this hotel again and I'll have to think twice about using another choice hotel.

Accessibility Concerns Overshadowed Comfort: A Disappointing Stay I recently stayed at a Country Inn & Suites in Frederick MD & was hoping for an accessible room due to mobility issues. While the staff was accommodating, the experience fell short. The room's bed was unusually high, a staggering three feet off the ground, making it impossible for someone with disabilities to access comfortably. The hotel's solution, a ladder, was impractical and unsafe for anyone with mobility challenges. Despite their attempts, the lack of a viable alternative, such as a cot, was disappointing. Accessibility should encompass more than just a room's dimensions; it should prioritize inclusivity and practicality for all guests.

It’s a great hotel for a quick stay, nothing extravagant. My key cards were filthy - sticky. I stayed in a room with two beds, one of the beds did not appear to be cleaned because there were small steins on the sheets and pillows. But I decided to inspect the other bed and all seemed well, so I did not want to complain.

Room heating and cooling system did not operate. By the time I realized this I had already settled into the room and did not want to have to change rooms or have it serviced. Also, the sliding shower doors were off their tracks and difficult to open. Breakfast food was sparce.
