Enjoy,Waterfalls, golfing, canoeing, local breweries, theatre, Smokey Mountain Performing Arts and local weekend festivities all within 5 minutes of Historic Downtown. A very lovely cabin with a wonderful host. She walked us around to show us how everything worked. The beds were very comfortable. And shopping is about 2 minutes away. Everything was convenient in the cabin and it was very relaxing.

Wonderful large covered porch. We only used one of the beds and it slept great. Location convenient to highway and downtown. Brenda is very accessible and ensures you’re comfortable during your stay.

Overall the house is very pleasant, however there are a few things to mention: 1. There are steps from the parking down to the house not mentioned in the description. Not good if you have mobility issues. 2. The bathroom with the whirlpool tub has no blinds or closeable drapes. I felt like I was mooning the neighbors.

Brenda the host is very sweet. The cabin was very cozy. relaxing and clean. Our favorite part was the porch looking at the gorgeous mountain views! Your close to alot of shops and restaurants, however the cabin is tucked away. So glad we found this hiden gem!

My sisters and I enjoyed our stay at Little White Dogwood Cabin. It was quiet and host was friendly. We were concerned that there were no smoke detectors in the cabin And that there were LOTS of extension cords used to get lights and other electrical items to work in the cabin and on the porch.

This cabin and setting was exactly as pictured and quite comfortable. The Mountain View was lovely and watching the golfers from the porch provided lots of entertainment! Brenda was a gracious hostess. We hope to return soon.

The photos don’t do it justice. The property was absolutely beautiful. The view from the porch was amazing and you are in a great location close enough to local stores and restaurants but tucked back enough that you feel like you are far away in the mountains. We enjoyed our stay so much and Brenda was just lovely. We hope to return again!

Brenda is a fabulous host and has one of the quaintest and charming cabins you could hope for. In addition to the vast amenities, including all the tech you need, the location could not be better. You are literally minutes from everything you need from shopping to downtown yet due to its location you still feel tucked away and away from it all.

This cabin is beautiful & well-kept. Surroundings are beautiful & Brenda tries to do everything possible to make it a perfect experience. She left us a bottle of wine, walked us thru the cabin to show lightswitch & outlet locations, explained her expectations. We loved using the firepit on the driveway with her cute furniture & driving to nearby waterfalls, beautiful mountain trails, & brewery. We shared our Thanksgiving meal here. I should have brought measuring cups, cinnamon, vanilla, & tupperware. If you're planning to use the kitchen (which has a full oven, toaster/convection oven, microwave, toaster, blender, mixer, bowls, etc); be sure to bring measuring cups and containers to take your food home. The kitchen is tiny, but has almost everything you'll need. There must be a glich between Expedia & VRBO. I booked thru Expedia, & my booking automatically reverted back to 2 guests, so I immediately replied to Brenda's email to change the booking back to 4 people, but never got a response. When we arrived, she was surprised that my 2 adult daughters were with us, & I felt terrible. She told me that we must be over 30 to book, but I thought only the person who books needs to be over 30 & therefore responsible for other guests. This needs to be clarified in the booking description. If you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs because the floors & doors creak & the clocks chime through the night. Beds/pillows are comfortable. Lots of comfy blankets. Gorgeous view of sunset!

We loved this wonderful country cabin and our host was awesome! When we arrived, our host met with us to show us around to make sure we knew where everything was and she was just so helpful and friendly. She told us if we needed anything or had any questions during our stay, she was just a phone call away The location was perfect and very convenient to the downton Franklin area, and grocery stores. It was also very convenient to the main roads to travel to surrounding towns like Highlands, Cashiers, Bryson City, Dillsboro and many more. There are also many great hiking trails nearby as well. We absolutely loved this place with a fantastic view of the mountains over a beautiful golf course. We plan to stay there again and look forward to it!
