Gut: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
Oh boy .. so after driving 5 plus hours was happy to arrive , BUT the front desk did not inform me that the hotel was a two part place and your room could be on the entire opposite side of where you told me to park !!!! Let’s start with carrying all our luggage to the third floor only to be told nope no such room number !!! A maid helped guide us to the other side . Then I lost my pillow and was charged $10 so I called the hotel and was called back to be told I was charged for parking !!!! The lady actually stated all the other places cost more a day to park ??? First of all there was PLENTY of parking available and secondly, I’m in Mansfield, Mass not Boston!!! I was never told I was paying for parking. I was told I was being refunded for the parking ( which has not happened) also they found my pillow and I was told they were going to call me to make arrangements to send it back and it’s almost a week ago and still no word from the hotel . I don’t like how I was treated is my biggest complaint . Charging for parking at a place you are staying several nights at is bad customer service ! No reason to charge for parking. Money grab is all it is .
