The bedrooms and versatile nook/office space are conveniently located upstairs, providing a peaceful sanctuary for relaxation and productivity. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, complemented by its own master bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and a 50-inch TV for your entertainment. The other two bedrooms offer cozy queen-size beds, each equipped with a TV, and share a convenient bathroom with a shower/bath combo.

Need additional sleeping space or a quiet spot to work? The nook area provides the perfect solution with a desk, chair, computer monitor, and a versatile bean bag that converts into a queen-size bed. We also have an air mattress you are welcome to use.

Downstairs, the main floor offers all the comforts of home, including a well-appointed kitchen, a spacious living room/dining room, and a convenient half bath. The laundry room is equipped with a full washer and dryer for your convenience.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $300 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No pets, smoking, or parties allowed. We provide starter amounts of soaps and paper products (like tp, paper towels, and trash bags). Please plan to bring/buy additional if your stay is longer than a couple of days.
