As one of the most creative interior designers in the area, Kathy is a highly rated Superhost and completely renovates her houses with an unusual level of inspiration, personal artwork, magnificent design, and conversation pieces. Great Location

The house is very close to the Childrens Zoo, Science Central, Art Museum and Coney Island. Easy to get around Northwest Ft. Wayne. With unconscionably hot weather, the house was still relatively comfortable, air conditioners working overtime. The upstairs has the most remodeling, and has a large bedroom with both the King bed and a single, while there are two bedrooms on the main level, so you should take note that while there are beds for 5, there are only "really" 3 bedrooms. This is an older house with lots of charm.

Overall, this is a nice property. It was in a great location that was close to downtown in a cute neighborhood. It is definitely a small older house but the rooms are designed very beautifully. Since there were 5 of us we would have preferred a little more seating.

Super cute house

We came celebrating our son’s college graduation and had many family members along with us and our dog. This house was super cute with many design details that just all fit together so well. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, check in and out was very easy compared to most houses on VRBO. Will definitely come back if the need arises.

Wonderful Stay in Ft. Wayne!

We were delighted with the property and our experience. The house was welcoming and well-designed, with beautiful interior charm. Cozy beds and rooms, and a subtle mix of classic and modern decor. Great taste in design!! The locaion really is perfect for any Ft. Wayne or nearby activities, as it felt like we were close to everything! The house was nice, and the neighborhood was quiet. The street is narrow due to cars parked on both sides. The patio area was a nice place to unwind after a busy weekend. Upstairs was spacious, although the ceilings slope and my tall.family kept bumping their heads. We liked the option of a king bed and a twin upstairs. The downstairs beds and bath were fine. Maybe think about putting a tundle or bunks in one of the rooms downstairs to accommodate non couples/other family members or friends. All in all, it was a nice place for our stay, close to the colisium and Johnny Appleseed Park for festival goers.

Nice downtown place - GREAT KITCHEN

For a vrbo rental, this place has an amazing kitchen. Plenty of pots & pans and place settings, multiple cooking staples were on hand (salt, pepper, flour, oil, ice), and plenty of coffee (both K-cups and drip). We especially appreciated having more than just the starter quantities of paper products (TP, Paper towels). The location is conveniently located to downtown. Driveway is tight but has plenty of parking space. There were a few minor "punch-list" items from the recent renovation that I pointed out to the owner - hopefully those get tightened up soon. The only real miss -- there's a large basement space with nothing in it. That would have been a perfect place for a pool or ping-pong table and a second seating area.

Perfect all the way around

The property was an excellent place to stay and the little touches are much appreciated. The cookies left and the little signage with reminder instructions were very much appreciated. The location is near some very good local restaurants and we enjoyed the coziness and cleanliness of the property. If we're ever in the area again we will most certainly try to book this place again.
