While we must note that the 2nd floor furnace in this home can be a bit loud, we assure you that every effort has been made to mitigate any disruption to ensure a pleasant experience.

With four beautifully appointed bedrooms, this home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, although the living room has a sofa bed that can be used in a pinch. Each room is thoughtfully furnished with comfortable beds, soft linens, and ample storage space. While the 2nd floor furnace in this home does produce some noise, rest assured that we have taken measures to minimize any disturbance. Earplugs are available in the kitchen pantry area for your sleeping comfort.

We hope you will enjoy your stay! In this document, we will discuss the house rules required to maintain the property and to ensure a quality stay for all guests.
Some General Rules:
a. Outside of water, please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms
b. Please take care of furnishings. You will have to pay for damages to the furniture that do not constitute normal wear and tear.
c. Please do not rearrange the furniture.
d. In addition to a no smoking policy, there are no illegal substances allowed on the premises. This is a 100% smoke-free property. There is no smoking allowed on the premises.
e. Please respect the 10pm-7am noise curfew.
f. Late Checkouts
Late checkouts must be approved by the management team. If you stay past your 11am checkout time, you will automatically be charged for the next nights' stay at full price. We offer a late checkout option of up 12:30 pm on checkout day for every listing at a $35 rate.
g. Mail/Packages
We do not allow guests to order mail/packages to this address location for privacy reasons. For stays longer than 90 days, this policy can be negotiated with the property manager.
h. Parties/Noise
We enforce a strict no-parties/noise violation policy for all residents. If you throw a party, damage the unit, trash the space or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in the initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $200.
i. Cleaning
Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (i.e. someone who cleans up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the washer, leaves the place as they found it, etc...). This is NOT a hotel. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $100
j. Upstairs Furnace
Our upstairs furnace is maintained and serviced regularly, but can be noisy when fully operational. Ear plugs are located in the pantry for your convenience and comfort when resting.
k. Guests with allergies and related medical issues and/or sensitivities- cleanliness is one of our top priorities however we are unable to 100% guarantee that the apartment is free of pet dander, cigarette smoke, air fresheners/cleaning product scents, and any other elements that may trigger a medical problem or sensitivity. If you have severe allergies, asthma, or a sensitivity, please let us know prior to making a reservation. Also note that we cannot issue refunds due to the reasons above.

This is a fully-furnished 4 Bedroom, 3 bath home. The common areas and bathrooms are shared spaces between guests

First Aid Kit, Trash bags, Cleaning supplies, Laundry detergent, Condiments in the refrigerator, Bathroom Essentials Coffee/Tea Station Use of 10 separate board/card games Small Kitchen Appliances (Rice cooker, toaster, coffee grinder, pour over coffee maker, coffee maker, blender) Hair dryer in each bathroom Vanity Mirror in each bathroom Cleaning supplies in each bathroom
4. Are there any rules related to guests? Unregistered guests, up to 12, are allowed to visit, but any unregistered guest staying overnight will be charged with a $35 unregistered guest fee.
5. Kitchen
Please keep the kitchen clean and tidy for each tenant. Please wash dishes and keep the kitchen counters cleaned between each guest. Please share all kitchen items with each guest. Kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, rice cooker, coffee grinder, pour over coffee maker, regular coffee maker, specialized kitchen knives, tea pot, a limited supply of coffee (light/medium/dark roast), teas (green/chamomile/English), blender, measuring cups, charcuterie board, a full set of pots/pans, a full set of shot glasses, wine glasses, glass tumblers, cooking utensils, cookie sheets, dining plates/bowels, basic cooking spices, cocktail station, and cleaning supplies. Please let management know of any damaged or broken items so they can be replaced.
6. Appliances
The thermostat is located on the wall in the living room. By sliding the temperature gauge up or down, you may adjust the temperature to a comfortable setting. Please turn off the AC when you go out.
7. Garbage
A 13 gallon trash can is located in the kitchen. Trash cans are provided in each bathroom. Please take the trash out when you leave or when the trash is excessive. It can be deposited in the larger regular trash recycling bins provided at the rear of the property
8. Parking
There is street parking available and a single car parking bay located in the rear of the property.
9. Security
For the property entrance electronic lock, located in the front of the property, to enter, enter your 6 digit code and the lock should open. To lock the rear property door, you have 2 options to lock:
a. Once the door is closed, push the lock icon located on the bottom right side of the lock
b. Once the door is closed, enter your 6 digit code and the door will lock.
To unlock your bedroom door:
1. Press the darkened keypad once to light up the digits on the keypad
2. Then, enter your 6 digit code
3. Then, press the # sign and the lock should open. The bedroom elock will automatically lock within one minute of unlock.
10. Security Cameras
There are security cameras located on the exterior front, right side and rear of the property. The will be operational during your stay. There are no cameras located in the interior of the property.
11. A 65" Roku Smart TV is provided in the living room and a second Roku smart TV is located in the second floor bonus room. No streaming services are provided, but you may access your streaming services by logging into your applications on the Roku Smart TVs
