Studio für 4 ~ Lazy River ~ In der Nähe des Strandes

Tropisches Studio im 4. Stock an der Golfseite der Straße! Es gibt ein Queen-Size-Bett mit TV. Das Familienzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Schlafsofa. Neu ab August 2018 / Flachbildfernseher. Das Bad hat eine Gartenwanne und eine Duschkabine. Die Küche ist mit einem Kühlschrank, einem 2-Flammen-Glattherd, einem Geschirrspüler und einem Heißluftofen ausgestattet. Unsere Villen haben einen offenen Grundriss mit viel Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Privater Balkon mit Möbeln. Auf Anfrage bieten wir einen täglichen Wäschewechsel an.

Property overall was amazing, however, the room had a sliding door that won’t close all the way. This created some humidity in the room. The largest concern was a huge cockroach. This is a common thing in FL, however, if the door would have properly sealed when closed, perhaps the cockroach would not have gotten in.

Great location with some cons
This place was a great location, the pool amenities were great and great beach access. Room was adequate for a short stay. Con to our personal stay: place wasn’t very clean. We had to sweep the floors as they were still pretty sandy from previous tenants, the shower wall was covered in hair, making me question whether it was even cleaned between last guests. The pull out sofa bed still had old sandy sheets from another guest as well. Gladly there was a clean set available, but no blanket in the room for the pullout bed. We had to call the front office for one and upon noticing these things, house keeping was already gone for the night. Luckily the girl at the office was able to find one for us. Also, the coffee pot was still dirty too and not in the best shape (had to babysit it to not overflow out of the top) Overall we had a nice stay minus those things. We would stay again, just not in that particular unit, as well as do a good walk through upon check in.

We could not get into our condo with the code that was assigned. The management company reset it and that code didn't work either. Maintenance had to come out and take the door apart. There were pry marks on the door/ frame that appear to be from a previous break in and one time we came back to our room with the door open. Very unsettling. The owners should invest some money into that tiny little condo. There was no oven or W/D unit. The unit also didn't come with chairs/ umbrella rental.

Perfect place to celebrate an Anniversary
My husband and I enjoyed this property immensely. It is a beautiful resort, and I was glad to see that it was as nice as the pictures suggested. There were many pools to chose from, and my favorite was the lazy river. It was a nice way to relax. We can't wait to return with our children.

We had an amazing vacation!
We couldn’t have asked for better weather during our stay! The resort itself had several different pools and amentities that accommodated our family with small children. The short distance to the beach from our property was ideal. The only thing that would have improved our stay would’ve been a more comfortable mattress for the bed and the pullout couch. Also, to possibly provide more bath towels since this room didn’t have a washer or dryer. I would highly recommend Destin West for anyone looking to stay in Destin with small children! We look forward to our stay next summer.

Needs improvement
- wads of hair on floor/cleaning needs improvement -mattress cover on pull out couch had what looked like a blood stain on it. Needless to say we didn't use that -couch is worn and outdated looks like it was picked up at goodwill -bed is not sturdy and it is uncomfortable - throwing decorative fake flowers on it does not fix the issue -they are no extra bed pillows for the pull out couch or the bed
