You pick the pace while relaxing in our comfortable, beachfront, and clean condo home. We are pleased to share our vacation home offering casual beach living on the Gulf, for a wonderful, restful vacation. Island Sands is located on the quieter west end of Okaloosa Island. A wide variety of entertainment and shopping are nearby.

The views of the sand and surf from sunrise to every marvelous sunset are spectacular, The private balcony, patio doors and west facing corner living room windows provide endless opportunities to enjoy them.

The complex has just 27 units. Our beach is uncrowded. Two beach chairs and a beach umbrella are set up each day between March 1 and October 31, at no charge to our guests. Enjoy a long walk on the pristine white sand beach next to emerald waters. Build a sandcastle, read a book, or rent a kayak on premise.

With a short trip into Destin you can find zip lines, enjoy a pub, rent a boat, golf, or take a fishing charter. Your vacation at your speed. Island Sands #209 has a private entrance up one flight of stairs. No crowded lobbies and elevators. An end unit - the living room is bright and sunny. The condo layout at Island Sands is terrific with a large living room open to the full kitchen. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and an attached half-bath. A full bathroom is located between the kitchen and bedroom. There is a queen-size sleeper couch in the living room. TVs in the living room and bedroom feature Smart TV flat screens with cable and wi-fi.

A well-stocked kitchen is available for those who choose to prepare their own meals. There is an in-unit washer and dryer. Grills and a bike rack for guest use are located near the pool. Bath and kitchen towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

Okaloosa Island is known for its white sugar sand beaches, emerald green waters, and countless attractions. Nearby Destin is widely known as the 'world's luckiest fishing village'. Come see the beautiful island for your first time or return over and over again. It is always a good time!
