„When I booked our stay, I asked for a quiet room away from elevators, I forgot to request the top floor. When we checked in, we mentioned it and our room was moved to the top corner away from elevators and convention goers. It had no view, but that didn't matter because quiet and a good few nights sleep are what we were really after. All staff were friendly and attentive. I would stay at this hotel again.“

„I have never experienced such a terrible hotel! We asked for a quiet room because of our little son. We got a room to the highway and drive-in from McDonalds. We asked for another room. In it both beds were dirty (traces of blood, hair). Conditioner and hair dryer were not available, towels only a few. The carpet was dirty. We asked for a new room. Unfortunately, the second room was just as dirty. Here was also the toilet extremely dirty. At breakfast we got the last 4 toasts, it was not ...

„I went to my room to get settled and found that there was not a hair dryer in the bathroom, so I went to the front desk and asked. They could not believe and went to my room to see. I was right, no hair dryer. They gave me one but a bit awkward as it was to hang on the wall. I was able to use it. The room was fridged and I had to turn the air down and the temp up in the room. The best part was the breakfast in the morning. Very nice stay.“
