    Verbringen Sie ein paar magische Tage in unserem Barra Villa Resort, das für seine raffinierte und verspielte Atmosphäre bekannt ist. Das Resort besteht aus insgesamt 8 schönen Apartments und Studios.

    Die Wohnung "Sanibel" ist überwiegend in Weiß eingerichtet.

    Wenn Sie zu Hause eine gemütliche Nacht verbringen möchten, können Sie eine TV-Show oder eine DVD in hervorragender Qualität genießen, während Sie auf dem Sofa oder in einem der bequemen Korbsessel entspannen.

    Wenn Sie eine Familie mit zwei Kindern sind, ist die Wohnung möglicherweise besonders ansprechend, da sie über zwei Schlafzimmer verfügt. In einem der Schlafzimmer kann ein zusätzliches Kinderbett für ein Baby oder ein Kleinkind aufgestellt werden. Selbstverständlich ist das Apartment Sanibel mit einem Kinderbett und passenden Bettlaken und Bezügen, einem Babyhochstuhl und Babyhandtüchern ausgestattet.

    In der Küche findet eine Familie genügend Platz, um am Stehtisch zu speisen. Als besonderes Schmankerl finden Sie eine kleine Tür, die Sie über eine Treppe direkt in unseren schönen Garten im hinteren Teil führt. Die Küche ist mit vielen Gerichten und Extras ausgestattet, so dass Sie alles haben, was Sie brauchen.

    Das Badezimmer wurde im September 2016 komplett renoviert und verfügt über eine geräumige Dusche. Natürlich sind ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden. In unserem Apartment Sanibel fühlen sich nicht nur Familien mit Kindern zu Hause. Auch für vier Erwachsene ist diese Wohnung ideal.

Ft Myers Vacation

We were in Ft Myers to visit our son who works for Florida Repertory Theatre in the downtown area. The house was perfectly located - 2 blocks from a Publix and a 20 minute walk from downtown. We stayed in Apartment Sanibel for 6 nights and it was great for our 4 person family. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all we needed for cooking several meals, and the pool was refreshing in the midday heat. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute and cozy in a great location

Nice comfortable apartment in a great location within walking distance of downtown. The pool was the perfect temperature and relaxing in the front porch was wonderful. There were only two of us so we had plenty of room to spread out. It would have been nice to have cable or satellite TV to keep up on the world news. The antenna provided a couple of channels with spotty at best reception. Other than that it was a great place to stay and I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing stay in a GREAT location!

We could not have been happier with our choice to stay here. The location was amazing, the apartment was clean and well stocked, Marcus was super attentive and helpful, and we were minutes away from several different beautiful beaches. We will definitely be back soon!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean when we arrived and suited our needs. I had read in previous reviews about the deadbolt not working on the back door and the uneven burner on the stove. Neither of these were fixed. The deadbolt was most concerning. The apartment manager was very prompt in responding to questions when we texted. We loved the pool and had it to ourselves most of the time. Outdoor appearance of the property was not what we expected from pictures....rotted wood, bags of mulch lying about. Beds were comfortable and apartment was tastefully decorated. For the price, we were satisfied with our experience.

The apt is in a good neighborhood, and is within walking distance to the grocery, restaurants, and bars. We were dissatisfied with the apt. and the way we were treated when we brought up the issues. First issue: Day 1 - No propane for the grill. When we contacted the owner via messenger, he said we were in charge of purchasing the propane - (which I can understand, but it is a shared grill with other tenants, so I guess I am suppose to remove the propane after each use)... and then proceeds to tell me that only one burner on the grill works. Second issue: Day 10- Refrigerator no longer works. It would not reach an adequate temperature to keep meat, and produce fresh. When we contacted the owner, he sent over the property manager. He inspected the fridge. I requested a large cooler to keep my meat on ice until they found a solution. The next evening they returned with a new fridge, and that worked for a matter of a few hours and we were reaching back out to them for a new one. The maintenance guy said "it is probably plugged in to the wrong outlet, just move it and plug it in to another outlet." So...move a fridge, that does not sound easy! We requested the property manager come back over and he refused to. We finally got a new fridge that following day. We do understand that issues will arise in rental homes. The final straw was the property owner emailing about our daughter spending the day with us. The disrespect and rudeness was what made us not want to stay there and unfortunately will not be renting from them again.

Our stay was excellent! The apartment was in a great location for trips to the beach, places to see, restaurants and shopping. Our appointment was the perfect size for the three of us friends. Great location and pool

This well-located apartment has a sunny pool with heating. The kitchen is small but adequate, though one of the stove burners is uneven and makes it hard to keep your skillet level while cooking. The bedrooms are spacey and the beds are good. The bathroom is nice with a good shower. The table is only a high top but works for a small group. The couch is comfortable. We couldn't figure out how to light the outdoor gas grill so instructions would be helpful. The pool was the highlight with comfortable chairs and loungers. We arrived after a cold spell but the kids didn't mind the cooler water until the sun and heater gradually brought up the temperature. The pool is deep enough with good stairs down for smaller kids. There is plenty of room around it and it is lighted at night. A very good rental.

A little get away

I love the property. It was centrally located. And very spacious. I felt like I was at home. The pool was refreshing and relaxing. I enjoy my stay immensely. I would recommend to anyone that enjoys older style homes.

Small apartment perfect for our little family

The house is very sweet in a nice part of town. We found it to be very clean. The pool is also warm and clean and right out the back door. It was very quiet at night. The beds were comfortable. The house is a short driving distance to downtown Fort Myers which is really fun with lots of restaurants and little shops.

Not as expected

We booked this property for the sole purpose it was offered with a pontoon boat. Two weeks before our arrival we were told the boat was no longer available and we wouldn't of even known if I hadn't inquired about booking the boat during our stay. Due to pictures on the listing, we thought the apartment was on water, with the boat, but no water in sight. The pictures online made the property appear nicer than it actually was. It served our purpose but we were disappointed to say the least. The property owners were very responsive to questions and needs but unfortunately we would not revisit this property if we return to Florida.

Poor Response and Accuracy of online listing

We were dissatisfied with the apt. We had to contact the property manager about issues several times and most of the time they were slow to respond. We were told they could not talk right now and the owner was very busy. Our issues were: Moldy shower and moldy in the back of the closet in the master bedroom at the floor where we were supposed to hang our clothes, no response to the closet issue, and we spent the whole week with a moldy shower. We bought a bath mat so we would not have to stand on the mold. They said they could have a cleaning crew there he same day, they never showed up even after multiple attempts to reach both the property manager and the owner, which I might mention she was in Germany. She said she was available to reach, but we could never get the call to go through or no one ever answered the phone. We were to sweep the place but there was no broom to be found. The next day, a broom and dust pan was placed in the hallway for communal use. The owner stated " all apts. are equipped with their own broom", NOT TRUE. We asked the other tennents if they had brooms to sweep with and they said "No". They could not find a broom either. The ironing board and iron was also communal across the parking lot in the laundry shed. The owner stated, "An iron/ironing board for each apt. would be a completely unnecessary purchase." She said we should "go to the laundry room, grab the iron/ironing board, take it to your apt. and bring it back after use.' We told her it was raining. She said Who irons daily on their holidays? We don't but it would have been nice to have it when needed. Our hairdryer was a European hair dryer unable to be used, we had to call for another one. The plug had two large prongs on the plug and could not be plugged in. We had a plug outlet that pulled the whole way out of the wall in the bedroom. The owner did not even comment on that. I'm sure it was a fire hazard. We told them the porch and porch furniture was dirty. The owner stated" Didn't you mention it had rained during your stay?" The porch was a covered porch with a complete overhang. The rain never got the porch wet. There were routers in the hallway for ALL THE APTS. hooked to an EXTENSION CORD and ran under OUR apt. door and plugged in to our apt.outlet. The owner said the ad said they "offered internet, didn't we have internet?" I would not advise you rent this apt, there were more issues. It's not what it appears. I have pictures of the moldy areas
