This unit is the Upstairs unit, including a king bed with ocean view and one full bath on the third floor. One bedroom with a queen size bed and one full pullout sofa bed, a living room with a queen size pullout sofa bed, a full bath, a full kitchen, and a dedicated work area and a dining room on the second floor. You'll have the front porch and back balcony to enjoy the sunrise and sunset.

The driveway and grassplot are all belong to the owner. You may park on any of them.

The swimming pool is shared by all guests staying in this property.
The laundry room downstairs is shared by Upstairs and Downstairs guests.

Flamingo Beach access is right cross the Estero Blvd.

You may rent the entire house, both Upstairs and Downstairs, or even including the house behind the garage, all three units which can host up to 19 guests. Ask the owner for special discount to rent more than one unit!
